You Are Spirit and Soul; You are One
[This body concept is still a difficult concept for people to understand. I understand it now but I would like to go over it again for every readers benefit. All the time growing up, me, who I am was a total person. My head, my mind and body was me. I did not separate them. It was all one package. Now I realize that our mind, who we are, our personality and consciousness are separate from our body.
Our body is a vehicle to live on earth. Our arms, legs are for mobility. Our head holds our computer brain. Our organs are necessary for functioning on this planet. We basically have a body that is a walking, talking Robot for this existence. Our body is not who we are. It is a convenience for our earthly journey and when our body wears out, which it eventually will, we, who we are, then moves out of our body and onto to the next life in another world which we call Heaven.]
Sue: Who you really are, is spirit and soul which are separate, but one. Your spirit is your identity for all time and your soul is the basic life form given to you by Source. Spirit and soul are one just like your earth identity and spirit are one for now.
